The wait is finally over. Yesterday, I signed the contract to the job of my dreams and I know that from now on, my life will change. God's plan is indeed perfect and I really cannot ask for more.

It was all worth it.

Congrats! Which airline is it?

Absolutely Nessa. You waited patiently and with faith...and got the result. Very very happy to see that you made your dream come true.

You signed with the sub of our national carrier?

Well, our national carrier is the biggest shareholder of that airline, but it is not one of the subs. :)

So glad to hear to know that your dreams have come true. Ganbatte~~
You are like an elder sis to me.

Anyhow, I want to thank u for helping me improve my English. I am taking my O's this year and my teacher had commented that my English have gone from borderline to A grade. All thanks to reading your blog and learning the style of writing through your blog - A friend of mine had introduced me to read your blog. Ever since then I will follow closely on your blog whenever I have the free time.

Btw, are you an Arts student in JC, Poly or Uni? If not, you will not write so well as an Arts student does.

I hope to study hard and score well in my O' Level so that one day I can also be a pilot for our national carrier like you. I know SIA only takes in cadet with good academic records. So I shall work hard for it and achieve my dream.

Regards
Avid Reader (Joshua)

Thank you for the support!:)

However, I must clarify, I am NOT with the national carrier, I only trained in the same college as its cadets. At present, there are no female pilots flying for our national carrier.

Joshua,

Thank you for your message and you are most welcome. It is indeed heartwarming to know that what I have written has had some sort of positive impact on your life.:)

It is amazing that your English improved so much just by reading my blog! I am just someone who likes to write, hardly qualified.:) I am happy to know that it has helped in some way so keep up the good work!

I am actually a business management student but I enjoy reading a lot from a very young age, that's where I get my foundation. Though, I have always been more inclined to the arts. My mother tongue is a joke though. Heh.

I support you in your dream, don't lose sight of it! Dreams will keep you going. Academics play a very important role, especially Maths and Physics. O Level results still carry a lot of weight in the selection process.

If you are really keen on flying. I advise you to join the Youth Flying Club just for the experience. It is not easy but it will give you some good exposure.

All the best for your O levels! You will do just fine.
